Steamed Salmon Patties

I got this recipe from magazine (I have forgotten its name). OK lets start...

You need for the salmon patties:
120 gr salmon
25 gr white onion diced (I also add diced garlic)
20 gr capers (I can't find it, so instead of use this, I use a tea spoon of fish sauce)
5 g parsley chopped
1 egg
pinch salt & pepper

Then for the honey mustard dressing:
1 tbsp honey (I also add a tea spoon of sugar)
3 tbsp olive oil (Instead of using this, I use sesame oil)
1 tbsp white wine vinegar (Instead of using this, I use red wine vinegar)
1 tbsp wholegrain mustard

and for the garnish:
5 gr fresh herbs (I change to boiled carot)

So many changes huh? hehehehehe some changes I apply due to lack of resources :p

How to cook? Let's see the basic recipe:
1. using a fork, lightly flake the salmon into slices
2. mix the ingredients for the salmon patties together shape them into mini patties
3. whisk the ingredients for the honey mustard dressing & set aside
4. Place the patties in a steammer and steam for 4'-6'.
5. Serve on a place & drizzle with the dressing and garnish.

Then my changes:
1. sliced the salmon into approximately 10x10 (or as big as you wish) and marinated with lime and salt for 5'-10' after that rinse with water
2. mix the ingredients and the salmon (I don't shape it into patties --> it's easier and I'm too lazy to make it :p)
3. whisk the ingredients for the honey mustard dressing & set aside
4. Place the patties in a steammer and steam for 4'-6'.
5. Serve on a place & drizzle with the dressing and garnish.

Well, the taste is delicious too. so it's up to you which recipe do you choose. Have a nice try
