Chicken Drumlet

Ingredients:
8 Chicken drumlet
1 tbsp honey
20 gr ginger strips
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp chinese wine

Garnish:
5 gr coriander leaves
5 gr toasted sesame seed
10 gr cooked corn

How to cook:
1. combine all the ingredients together except the garnishes. Leave it to marinate overnight
2. Heat up the oven @ 170C and bake the drumlet for 10'
3. Garnish & Serve
