Minced meat veggie & Kering tempe

Above is today's menu :) the top one is minced meat veggie and the bottom one is kering tempe manis (if translated to indonesia literally, it will be "sweet dry tempe" :P)

My gals love these menu so much and this is a simple dish. So are you ready to make it? Here is the recipe.

Minced meat veggie
Ingredient:
Sliced carrot
Sliced french bean
Brocolli
Minced meat (can be chicken or pork)
sliced garlic (2 clove)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
100ml -150ml water
The amount of each vegetable depends on your need.

How to:
1. stir fry garlic until fragrance.
2. put in the meat and cook with medium to low heat. wait until it change color (means cooked)
3. put in vegetables and mixed with the meat
4. add half teaspoon of salt and half teaspoon of sugar
5. add in 100ml water.

Kering tempe manis
Ingredient:
3 pack of tempe (i bought from NTUC supermarket) -> cut like stick and deep fried
1 pack of tofu / tahu (i used tau kwa) -> cut like stick and deep fried
 a handful of peanut -> fried (alternative you can use a prepack peanut)
3 lime leaves (sliced)
2 salam leave
4 tbsp sugar
1 small round malacca sugar
chilli (i omit it as my kids doesnt like chilli)

ground spices:
4 garlic
6 shallots
1/2 tsp salt

How to:
1. stir fry ground spices until fragance
2. put in sliced lime leave and salam leave
3. put in sugar
4. add in water and wait until it's ticker
5. mix it with the fried tempe, tahu / tofu, peanut.
