Udang Goreng Mentega

250 gr grey prawn
2tbsp tamarin
3 Pinches of salt
butter to cook
oil to cook

How to:
1. Marinate the grey prawn with tamarin and salt for 15 mins.
2. Deep fry the prawn with oil and butter until the prawns turn to red colour
3. Peel off the prawn skins

Serves for 2 persons
