Tinoransak

I don't know where this food comes from, however after i do foodtasting on my cook, I found out that the taste is like Thailand's food. Hehehehe. I do some modification on the recipe such as instead of using lime leaf, I used lime extract juice more than the recipe stated. For the lemon grass, I also don't "memar" it (ga kuat soalnya hihihi). I also not followed "takaran" from each ingredients. ^^
Qell, do some experimental then you'll find out the precise taste you look for.

OK we'll take a look on the recipe. (I'm trying to translate it because some of my friends are willing to see it on english so that they can understand)

Ingredients:
300 gr pork cut into small square (3cm x 3cm)(I used ones with little fat--> I don't like fat :p )
1 batang lemon grass, memarkan
5 lime leaf
2 sp air perasan jeruk nipis
1 pc tomato slice into small square
1/2 tsp sugar
salt
3 sp oil
water

Spices:
8 onion
2 garlic
5 cm ginger
red chili
salt

How to make it :
Tumis bumbu halus hingga harum
Masukkan daging, aduk hingga bumbu merata dan keluar airnya, masukkan serai aduk rata
Tambahkan air hingga separuh bagian daging , masak hingga daging matang
Siap dihidangkan.
