When I am lazy, I will only cook 1 dish for the day. And everytime I cook, my aim is only 1 which is to cook simple yet healthy
So today I cooked Prawn Tofu in veggie garden.
Let's see what I have for the ingredients:
prawn,
2 packs of silk tofu,
1 medium size of bitter gourd
2 medium size of carrot
1/2 red pepper,
broccoli
2 medium size of tomato
Spices:
2 cloves garlic
1 onion (sliced)
salt
sugar
soya sauce
fish sauce
pepper
For spices measurement, I use agak2 ratio. ^_^
And here is the result:
Hubby and kids love it.
