Things that I must remember

1. If you're having fever, try to avoid glutinous rice dessert or herbal food (e.g. chicken herbal soup), otherwise it will make your body hotter.

2. I must drink at least 2lt water daily to prevent from sore troat. Anyway water is good for your healthiness. But remember, do not take it too much, because everything that is too much is not good.

3. Must exercise at least once a week.
